The dynamic and experienced management team leads activity across three key regions: Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific with each region having dedicated leadership to focus on all aspects of the business.

Complementing the regional structure, functional global executives steer Operations, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement and Engineering. These executives provide invaluable expertise and ensure seamless coordination across regions, enabling Lydech to effectively deliver on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

Collin Malcolm
CEO
Bringing 30 years of industrial manufacturing experience including more than 20 years of P&L leadership of businesses from $1.5B to $4.5B, Collin joined Lydech in 2023 as CEO.   With a focus on strategy, execution of business objectives, and aligning teams to deliver repeatable and predictable results, he has succeeded in various executive operational and sales roles at industry leaders such as Lear Corporation and Faurecia. Collin provides business guidance, alignment of objectives across the organization with an emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction, profitable growth, operational and product excellence, people development, and teamwork.
Monica Paolini
Director of Global Human Resources
Monica Paolini joined Lydech Thermal Acoustical Inc. in 2025 and leads all global Human Resources functions, including strategy, operations, compliance, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). She oversees the entire employee lifecycle and drives scalable HR frameworks that support business growth, workforce engagement, and regulatory alignment. With over 20 years of HR leadership in manufacturing, Monica brings a hands-on, data-driven approach to building high-performing, people-centered organizations.
Suzi Anis
Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis
Suzi joined Lydech in 2024 and brings over 15 years of leadership in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis. She leads Lydech’s global financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls. Suzi is known for implementing scalable financial systems and delivering timely, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth. Prior to Lydech, Suzi held leadership positions in public and PE owned companies.
Chris Bailey
Director of Global Procurement
Chris joined Lydech in 2021. Prior to joining the Lydech team, Chris has held various senior leadership positions in Procurement, Sourcing and Inventory Management across multiple industries domestically and overseas over the past 30 years. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and an MBA from NYIT.
Don Bernhardt
Director of Global Operations
Joining Lydech in 2023 with over 37 years of experience in the automotive industry and serving in executive level roles at Faurecia, Lear, and JAC Corporation, Don leads Lydech’ s global manufacturing engineering, operations, continuous improvement, and quality.
Jeff Frelich
Director of Global Engineering
Jeff is a seasoned engineering executive with over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, specializing in product engineering and operations management. As Global Director of Engineering at Lydech, which he joined in 2025, Jeff leads international engineering initiatives that align cutting-edge technology with strategic business objectives. Prior to Lydech, Jeff held leadership roles at Lear and Forvia, where he drove transformative improvements in product development, manufacturing efficiency, and global operations. A Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Jeff brings a rigorous approach to process improvement and quality management.
Andrew Kennedy
Director of Global Sales
Prior to joining Lydech in 2021, Andrew was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Blachford Acoustics Group. During his 30 years of automotive experience, he has held positions at Lear Corporation, Collins & Aikman and International Automotive Components North America.
Rory O’Sullivan
Director of Corporate Finance
With 20 years of global automotive industry experience, Rory joined Lydech in 2015 having previously worked in senior finance roles in Europe with global manufacturers such as Henniges Automotive and Acument Global Technologies. Rory brings a wealth of expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate governance to the company. He also oversees all treasury matters as well as reporting to our shareholder and other external stakeholders.
Greg Slimko
Regional Leader – Europe
Since joining Lydech in 2001, Greg has held several positions in global engineering, business development, and operations management and is currently leading Lydech Europe with a focus on profitable growth, product diversification, and operational excellence.
Jason Wu
Regional Leader – Asia
Jason has been with Lydech TCG since its establishment in Taicang, China in 2013, bringing over 20 years of experience in the automotive and consumer electronics industries. Prior to joining Lydech, he held key industrial positions at Schaeffler and Foxconn. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from USTC. In his current role, Jason is responsible for driving regional growth and ensuring operational excellence.
